We are excited that you are interested in sending your child to The Bradley Academy for the 2025-2026 school year. Below are the forms you will need to register your child. Tuition
There must be a tuition agreement on file for all students. It is the requirement of all parents and/or legal guardians to complete this agreement prior to enrollment of their child in any program prior to the start of each school year. Tuition is paid through electronic payments ONLY.
Tuition includes the following: Instruction in advanced Math, and Reading, Breakfast, Lunch and PM Snack, Yoga, PE, African Drumming, gardening, Before Care and Aftercare. Tuition does not include fees for special events or field trips, or Horseback Riding.
Upon acceptance, a nonrefundable $200.00 enrollment fee and 10% deposit is due at signing. The one time enrollment fee of $200.00 covers registration, materials, and new student enrollment. The annual tuition for either division (Preschool Academy or Primary School) is $9,355.00 for August-July. Summer camp comprises 6 weeks of skills-based learning included in tuition of $195.00/week.
All tuition payments once made are nonrefundable. Only in special circumstances (family called to military duty, death of spouse responsible for tuition, loss of employment, etc.) will the school accept a written withdrawal and is offered the following: 100% refundable if written withdrawal is received by May 1; 50% refundable if written withdrawal is received by June 1. No re-enrollment agreement cancellations or refunds will be made after June 1st. The obligation for payment of full tuition is binding and unconditional regardless of attendance.
Pay schedules are Monthly, Bi-Monthly, or Weekly due on Monday and Late on Wednesday with a $20/day late fee.
